In 1993, Fender released the ‘Tweed’ series amps to great success and acclaim. The concept: what if a great old collectable 1950s Deluxe or Bassman was customized with channel switching and Reverb The Blues Deluxe and Blues DeVille were launched as vintage-styled tube amps with ’boutique’ tone at mass-produced prices, and many pro players in the rock, country, and blues fields used them with great results. After a few years, the Blues Deluxe and Blues DeVille were reborn as the Hot Rod Deluxe and Hot Rod DeVille, when they received modified circuitry, a third -More Drive channel, and Black/Silver cosmetic treatment. Though the Hot Rod series amps are more popular than ever today, increasing numbers of enthusiasts continue to request the warm tone, unique circuitry, features and look of the original versions. These ‘Reissue’ models will be offered in addition to the Hot Rods. The Blues DeVille Reissue produces 60 watts into four 10″ blue Alnico-Magnet speakers by Eminence.

Awesome fender clean that sparkles to a nicely overdriven vintage tube amp for that classic sound not found in solid state amps. I play an american made Strat and a Gibson Les paul through it. With single coils it just shines, glassy and clear as a bell. with the humbuckers, you get a BIG, Full sound which you can keep clean or give it some dirt to really let it all hang out. This is by no means a thrashers amp. Beautiful Blues or classic rock.

Loud-Loud-Loud and Louder…don't let the 60 watts fool you, it will take on a 100 watt amp and leave it crying for more power.

Mine is from the mid '90s. 2 channels. 60 watts. tube amp.

Nice reverb. 4 – 10inch speakers. plenty of power for any size gig. I play mostly classic rock and blues and it does the job well.

Mine is at least 10 years old and I haven't has a single problem.

I will never get rid of this amp! Especially since the USA one's are a bit hard to find.

"Fun And Usefull"

It's a practice amp.

Average for a practice amp.

A ok all levels but for the speaker upgrade it needs. Nothing bad though.

The best support is one you do not need.
