this book has been a great reinforcement tool for me. i wish i had it when i was studying music theory in high school. they would have thought i was a GENIUS. the diagrams and the language are staightforward and easy to follow. it's very helpful in terms of learning the relationships b/w notes, scales and chords. good book

It covers the basics of just about everything, but doesn't go into enough detail on some subjects. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to know more about the guitar. How to work on it, maintain it, play it, or just to find out more about it.

great way to learn quickly

I first bought the beginner dvd a year ago (nov 06) and i loved it. I never picked up a guitar before that so i get the dvd the same time as my guitar and i played everyday for about 2 hrs until i finished the dvd. then i bought the intermediate disc and that is very good also. This product is amazing. If you play often and do the excersizes everyday you will get good in no time. I have only been playing for about 1 year and i am already better than ppl that have been playing for 4 years. the techniques you learn are used by most lead guitarist. after about 7 months of hard work youll be able to play G&R and zeppelin. get these dvds and get rockin.
