"bad sound"

the sound is like a broken guitar underwater

it looked tight but it is just the looks

it loooooooooooooooooooooooooooks cool

dont buy this guitar get a les paul or somthing but dont buy for the looks

a customer from aim.com (4/6/2008)

It sounds pretty good. I wasn't used to it, but I made some adjustments and it works fine. I'm using a Digitech Multi-effects pedal into a 250 Watt Yamaha Amp into a 300watt Marshall Cab.

Its very quiet, i usually have the knobs at 10. I only play the neck. It sounds a hell of a lot better for some reason.

It's a basic guitar with a super cool graphic.

This guitar was made in 2005. It has 22 frets. You get 2 Volume, 2 Tone and 3 way. You get two humbuckers It's an SG body style. Came with a gig bag and strap.

Cost me about the cost of the actual G-310.

It was set-up okay. I didn't have to do too much to fix it up. The pick-ups were okay. The bridge was way too high and the streets we're atleast a cm off the frettboard. it was a hasstle to change that.

its very light, which is the reason i bought it. and also the graphic is awesome. The graphic is probably the best thing about this whole guitar. IT IS AMAZING. they put these swirly stickers onto the speed knobs, and they peal off.

The RG guitar line is the unchallenged standard in hard and heavy rock guitars. The RG370DX employs several of Ibanez’ most-popular upgrades, including the Edge III bridge and Wizard II neck.

Have you seen the headlines? “Guitar rock is back.”

Ibanez is happy to hear it. Except at Ibanez, guitar rock never “left” – and if you’re the type of player who reads Ibanez catalogs, you’ve been too busy playing guitar or bass to worry a whole lot about the media’s take on music. However, the papers are right about one thing: there are more new guitar and bass guitar styles than ever before. That’s why there are more different kinds of guitars and basses in the 2003 Ibanez line up.

Ibanez RG370DX Electric Guitar Features…

* Wizard II neck — 25.5 scale neck is 2mm thicker than the super-thin, super-flat Ibanez Wizard.

* 3-piece Maple neck material

* Basswood body — Basswood is a comparatively lightweight wood, which makes it very comfortable for extended playing. With a good balance of highs and lows, basswood is right in between alder and mahogany in sound character.

* 24 jumbo frets offer easy playing for leads and chording.

* Bound Rosewood finger board offers a strong, bright sound and an attractive appearance with a long grain.

* Edge III bridge

* IBZ INF3 (H) Neck PU

* IBZ INFS3 (S) Mid PU

* IBZ INF4 (H) Bridge PU

* Sharktooth inlay

* Black hardware

"Ibanez Rocks"

It is awesome looking

Best guitar for the money.

Awesome.

If you want a good guitar buy an ibanez.

a customer from hotmail.ca (1/16/2005)

I use it with the custom made all-tube amp (12watt) and run through Boss DS1/Boss SD1/DOD Fx17 wah-volume pedal. The sound is typical to the ibanez basswood guitars, it has a lot of mids and cutting top. However the one who gets this guitar should change the pickups immediately , because the stock Powersounds sound not very well. It has no hum and the neck pickup is a bit louder than the bridge one . The sound is dirty which makes this guitar not very versatile for the other styles except rock and you cannot dial the smooth distortion tone like SATCH has. I wish it had a better pickups because the guitar has a cool sustain. The single coil has a very poor output. I am sure it will sound much , much , much better with the Dimarzio pickups.

Made in Korea, 2004

Frets: 24 jumbo frets

Pickups: H/S/H , stock Powersounds

5-way selector switch

Volume-tone controls

Basswood solid body

FloydRose style Double Locking tremolo

Color Black,

Wizard 2 neck

It came with cable (an awful one)

The set-up was awfull when I brought it : the action was too high , the pickups were not adjusted, which I fixed immediately and the action now is OK. But the biggest dissapointment for me was that the neck was not joined to the body properly and accurately . If you would looked at the neck from the front side , you would notice that the strings were moved to the left and during playing the 6-th string jumped out from the neck very often. It was also impossible to make any vibratos on the 6-th string. After I unscrued the neck and scrued it back, the situation improved a little, but the tilt still remains.

Never dealed with them

A big case for a big guitar!

The Epiphone Firebird is a big, rangy guitar that measures 45 inches long, so only a case designed for it will do. This case works, but is IMO too big. The case could be about four inches shorter and about two inches narrower than it is. This means that the guitar will shuck back and forth and end to end inside the case. It also means it won't fit in the trunk of many cars, and BARELY fits in the back seat of my Neon. I will use it, but I wouldn't trust my guitar to anyone else for transport, because of the poor fit.

Great case

This is a good case the guitar fits in it nicley and it has a little box in it for storage but some poeple say that the wammy bar gets squashed in there but if you are smart you can move the wammy over the pickup and onto the brige that way the wammy wont get squashed and your guitar stays in tune.

Perfect fit … I'm into all kind of metal and I have always be a Gibson addicted since I started playing 15 Years ago.

I have been digging the web / shops / magazines for years and years to get THE sound. I'm now running that guitar thru a POD 2 and Marshall 9000 (power amp). This setup has it. You can play any type of Metal.

The mics are doing an excellent job like any type of Gibson mics. I'm more rythm than solo … so it might be that a solo-player would look into some kind of DimarZio or EMG stuff. But for rhythm these mics are doing great.

This guitar is not noisy and it remains tuned.

It looks like Epiphone only release that model in the black finish with golden hardware. Very nic looking guitar. Modern with a bit of vintage flavor. It has all a Gibson/Epiphone has.

One remark, the neck mic is often unscrewing and then it's a nightmare (max 5 mins) to get it back in the slot.

For the rest it's perfect.

Not been dealing with them … but I need to contact them to ask them why they stopped producing it … and YES I want the same with the explorer shape. :-)

Perfect Fit…

I was told this case would not fit the Wayne Static Flying V but I decided to take a chance anyway. I was very pleased to find that the Static V will indeed fit quite well in this case. It's a little snug at the tips of the V but not a problem at all. Sturdy construction, plush padding, and it's only as large as it needs to be. Plenty of room for storage, too.
